How it works
STEP 1
Book your date
Once you have purchased Website Intensive you will receive a confirmation email of your booking and a chance to book your preferred date and time. Once booked you will receive a confirmation and the Zoom meeting details.
STEP 2
Complete a questionnaire
In order to tailor this to your requirements, you will complete a questionnaire of where you are currently, what you are struggling with and what you would like to focus on during the session. This will allow me to understand where you are so that we can get the most out of it.
STEP 3
Your plan of action
You will receive a recording of our call to refer back to, plus a follow up email of the steps you are going to action and a plan to move forward.
On the day
3 hour Zoom session.
A short break half way through.
A summary and points to agree for the plan.
Afterwards
You will receive the video recording for your reference.
You will receive a follow up email with your plan of action.
5 days of additional support via Whatsapp.

Absolutely. But you may not need such an intensive session next time as we will have done some ground work. Please contact me for further ongoing support.
Will the session be recorded?
Yes. They are held by zoom and a recording will be sent to you straight afterwards. We find this is helpful for you to refer back to.
Will you be able to support me afterwards?
Absolutely, I would love to be able to guide you to the next steps you will need to take and our 1:1 will reveal what that looks like.

Will the additional masterclasses be charged
Yes they will be charged, but a low nominal fee because you are a member.
Can I request bigger updates to my site?
Yes content updates are not part of the membership because everyone’s content needs are different. So we would ask you to complete a form of the changes you would like and this will be treated as a new job. But ideally we want to train you to do this for yourself!
What if we need more training on managing WordPress beyond what is there?
No problem. Access to Maintaining WordPress Yourself is included whilst you are a member and it will be added to at no extra cost.
What happens if I don’t want to continue with the membership?
You can leave at any time after the initial 3 months. But this fee will be fixed unless you leave and return.
Will you still help with other services?
Absolutely, if you want us to write copy or edit something you have written. Any new pages, or graphics that need doing. We would treat this as a new project and quote accordingly.
Why is there a minimum of 3 months tie in
I want to be really helpful and show you this works. So you need to allow a decent amount of time to learn how to do the updates and work through the trainings.
