How do I get access to the Simply Visible calls?
Once set up, we will give you access to the Zoom meeting room for the weekly call. You don’t need to attend every week, but it gives you peace of mind if you would like to speak to Natalie rather than having to email. Any fixes can be done there and then.
How do I get billed?
A recurring invoice is sent on 1st of a month.
What if I don’t use the allocated updates?
It’s surprising how a few changes here and there add up. But if you don’t use them up, towards the end of the year we will happily make suggestions on updates we would recommend.
