GETTING SET UP AND GAINING TRACTION

REVIEW PREVIOUS KEYWORD RESEARCH – a chance to review the keywords and benchmark where you are at.

SET UP OF TECH TOOLS – you can’t grow what you don’t measure. includes the use of our dedicated SEO platform. Creating some goals within Google Analytics to measure the user journey to a conversion.

COMPETITOR RESEARCH – up to 3 competitors to see what keywords they are ranking for and what content they have produced. See the gaps to compete with.

CONTENT STRATEGY – Proposal of content changes to be made to the existing website to close gaps and create more landing pages. Mapping out a lead magnet to help with conversions of email sign-ups. Reviewing the existing blogs and tying in keywords to optimise those in line with keywords.

OPTIMISATION – fix any optimisation issues that show up in the in-depth audit. Improve page speed, H1’s, meta tags, etc to ensure the site is working to its full potential.

KEYWORD STRATEGY – longtail keyword research and map out blogs to be written for the next 3 months. Researching topics and trends that would indicate the type of content your ideal customer will be looking for.

Output – Digital Master report for all of the above. Plus a Zoom call to go through in more detail.

TRACKING + REPORTING – tracking progress from the previous month (or first set-up month). Analysing the tools and reporting as to what has worked and what hasn’t.

RESEARCH + PLANNING – more detailed research into the blog keyword(s) agreed upon and what is currently ranking in the SERPS. Mapping out the blog with keywords, titles, and features to compete. Analogies/examples, key takeaways, 2 stock images per post + blog featured image (to also use in Pinterest).

BLOG CREATION – Writing 2 x monthly blogs (up to 1,000 words each), knitting in keywords, and writing the meta. Edits and sign-off. Optimised and published to the website. Update the sitemap and add a post to Google My Business. Ideas for repurposing into videos and posting to YouTube.

ADJUSTMENTS – Make changes to the website to interlink the new blogs. Any other changes as a result of the monthly report.

Output – monthly video call. Reports to measure progress and to show actions we have taken. Aim to get the website ranking for new keywords.
