I use Loom every day. It is such an accessible way to send personalised videos to clients. To give feedback on a web page, or just a way to explain something without trying to write it into an email. I cannot recommend it enough. It speeds up workflow, makes it easy to train up staff and create processes. And saves on meeting times.
